Services offered
NotificatorSMS is a platform for sending bulk SMS via Android devices. Our services include:
- Sending individual and bulk SMS via your own Android devices
- Contact management and segmentation
- Access to a REST API for integration into your applications
- Statistics and analytics for your SMS campaigns
- Automation of recurring campaigns and RSS feeds
Registration and user account
Access to our services requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Any activity from their account is their responsibility. NotificatorSMS reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these terms.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be changed at any time. Payments are made through the listed payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, credit card, etc.). Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen frequency (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual). A free plan is available with limited features.
Duration and termination
Subscriptions take effect upon payment and are valid for the chosen duration. The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period. No pro-rata refund is made, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
Liability
NotificatorSMS makes every effort to ensure the continuity and quality of its services. However, the company cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions, indirect damages, or non-delivery of SMS due to technical limitations of the carrier or Android device used. The user is solely responsible for the content of messages sent and compliance with applicable anti-spam laws.
Intellectual property
All elements comprising the NotificatorSMS platform (design, source code, logos, texts) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Personal data
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used exclusively for the operation of the service and is never resold to third parties. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.
